It’s been an energetic start to the year at Attwell, with the team working hard to ensure construction across multiple stages is powering along. In Stage 7 and Stage 8, we’re thrilled to share that we’re nearing completion!

As we welcome the new year at Attwell, it’s time to pay a visit to some of the wonderful local lifestyle amenities that are right on your doorstep! With an incredible array of parklands and nature reserves nearby, such as the Clarke Road Streamside Reserve, Mount Derrimut Nature Reserve and the Caroline Springs Linear Reserve, there is no shortage of scenic locations where you can get walking, running or cycling amongst nature with friends and family.
2021 in Review
Heading into the Christmas break is a great time to take a look back on the year, and all we’ve achieved at Attwell in 2021. Since the beginning of the year we’ve hosted a moonlight cinema event, launched the display village, and progressed construction throughout our community!

We’re thrilled to share that construction is progressing along well at Attwell, despite the recent construction industry shutdown, with many stages well on their way to completion. In Stage 6B an exciting milestone has been reached, with purchasers receiving titles and settling this month!

With Melbourne’s travel limits now eased, and the sun shining, there’s no better time to get out there and explore Victoria’s stunning natural parks and landscapes! Organ Pipes National Park, which is located just 15 minutes from Attwell, is a national park that offers scenic views, natural surrounds, walking trails, picnic spots, and of course, many places to spot Australian wildlife!

Spring is the perfect time to spend the weekend out and about at one of Plumpton’s local parks, especially as the weather gets warmer. There’s been plenty of progress made this month at Attwell, with our team navigating ongoing restrictions to ensure works across the project can continue in a COVID Safe manner. This month, we’re thrilled to share that Stage 6B titles have been received and in Stage 7, water reticulation has commenced.
