We are excited to share that a new community facility will soon commence construction, only 20 minutes from Attwell. The Cobblebank Community Services Hub will provide a range of services to meet the needs of our growing community and the wider region.

The City of Melton Council has officially endorsed the Lake Caroline Masterplan and Activation Strategy following a community consultation period. Only an eight-minute drive from Attwell, the lake is adjacent to the bustling Caroline Spring Shopping Centre.

Phil and his wife Iona, along with their daughter Zoya, have been proud Attwell residents since 2017, after a long journey to find their forever home. Originally, Phil and Iona always dreamed of living nearby Caroline Springs with its beautiful lake, boulevards, restaurants, and relaxed lifestyle.

We are excited to share that the Plumpton Aquatic and Leisure Centre has officially received masterplan approval. Consultation on this future local hub saw over 1,000 responses from members of the community including Attwell residents, informing the design and future facilities of the centre.

It has been busy at Attwell over the past month and the team is excited to share the latest progress. In Stage 12, works have continued smoothly, with footpaths, topsoiling of nature strips, and grading of lots now completed.

With the arrival of winter, progress at Attwell has continued with exciting milestones that the team are thrilled to share. Stage 12 footpaths are set to be completed in the coming days, with only a handful remaining.

It has been another busy month at Attwell, with exciting progress occurring across the community. In Stage 12, preparation for concreting roads and footpaths was finalised!

A fantastic new community hub within 10 minutes of Attwell is coming soon and they want to hear from you! Melton City Council is seeking community ideas and feedback for the new Plumpton Aquatic and Leisure Centre, located on Beattys Road, Fraser Rise.

It has been a busy month at Attwell, with construction progressing smoothly across the community. Stage 12 has seen great progress, with drainage and water services being completed.

With another productive month at Attwell, the team are excited to share with you the March construction update. In Stage 12, kerb and channel works are now complete.
