It has been another busy month for the Attwell team, with works across the Stages under construction progressing well. In Stage 11, the team have completed installation of the electrical and communications cables, and footpath preparation is now underway with concrete pouring to commence shortly.

It has been another busy month for the Attwell team, with works across the Stages under construction progressing well. In Stage 11, road crossing works have been completed.

ID_Land are proud to share that the Attwell Dog Park is now open for our four-legged residents to enjoy. The new park offers a completely fenced off area and consists of 2500m2 of grass alongside 13 obstacles that create a course for our dogs to venture through, four pieces of gym equipment, and a shared path that runs more than 400 metres, the entire length of the area.

This weekend, put on your hiking boots and make a day trip to Mount Macedon! Only a 25-minute drive from Attwell, Mount Macedon awaits adventure seekers and nature lovers.

Progress at Attwell has been tracking smoothly since last month, with the team continuing to work hard across the Stages under construction. In Stage 11, water mains are now complete, the first layer of crushed rock was laid, and conduit works commenced, while in Stage 12, drainage works commenced.
