Sales & Construction Update
The team at ID_Land is pleased to share the latest construction update for Attwell.
Following the completion of civil works and Statement of Compliance in Stage 11, titles have been received and settlements are now booked in for November.
Meanwhile, in Stage 12, drainage works have reached 80% and water reticulation is set to commence in the next two weeks. Overall, Stage 12 is now 38% complete! Bulk earth works are also continuing to progress well in the Attwell Wetlands.
From the Sales Office, Attwell continues to receive plenty of interest. There are limited titled lots available in Stages 10 and 11, with more opportunities to secure currently untitled lots in Stage 12.
