Sales & Construction Update
The ID_Land team are pleased to share the October construction update for the Attwell community.
We are excited to announce that Stage 11 civil works have been completed. The project team is now working through Statement of Compliance with settlements expected to occur late October.
Over in Stage 12, sewer works have been completed and drainage installation is underway. The Attwell Wetlands are also coming together well with bulk earthworks progressing as planned.
From the Sales Office, limited titled lots are available in Stage 10, with more opportunities to secure a currently untitled lot in Stages 11 and 12.
