It’s been another busy month on the ground at Attwell, and we’re excited to share the latest round of construction updates with you! It’s cause for celebration in Stage 4B, where Statements of Compliance have been achieved, and Titles received!
A winter night at the drive-in
If you’re looking for a new winter activity, or you’re keen to experience some old-world nostalgia, why not jump in the car and head across to the Village Cinemas Coburg Drive-in? Located just under 40 minutes from Attwell, the much-loved Coburg drive-in has been delighting and exciting guests for years, with its 1950s-inspired diner, large screens and open spaces setting the scene for a perfect evening.

As we race towards the middle of the year, Attwell is buzzing with construction and development, and we’re excited to share the latest updates with you! In Stage 4B, final compliance checks have been completed, the Statement of Compliance has been received and Titles issued.

Thank you to all the Attwell residents, Plumpton locals and out-of-town visitors who came to our display village launch last Saturday 24 April! We were delighted to see so many smiling faces enjoying the giant games, jumping castle, animal farm, food trucks, coffee carts, and more.
Attwell residents celebrate Easter
Last month the community of Attwell came together on a warm night under the stars, to enjoy our outdoor moonlight cinema event. Children, adults and even pets came along to the Attwell neighbourhood park to watch Smallfoot, soaking up the warmth and enjoying some popcorn and fairy floss.

The time has come to celebrate as we officially open Attwell’s brand new display village on Saturday 24 April! Starting at 10am, Attwell’s brand new display village will feature food trucks, a jumping castle, kids’ games, an animal farm, face painters, balloon artists, coffee carts, and more, to celebrate all the latest home designs on offer.
The local tennis courts are calling!
Cooler days and April sunshine are perfect for blowing the dust off your tennis racquet and going out for a hit! If you live in Attwell, or you’re moving in soon, there are a number of nearby courts available for public use.
Come down to our moonlight cinema event this Thursday!
We all need some time to unwind and relax, and what better way than with Attwell’s moonlight cinema event on Thursday 8 April! Running from 6:00pm until 9:00pm in the community park on the corner of Iverson Street and Eving Way, Plumpton, Attwell’s moonlight cinema will be showcasing a family favourite, Smallfoot!
Fun for all the family at Burnside Heights Recreation Reserve
Following the recent easing of COVID restrictions across Victoria, we can once again go out and enjoy playing sport, soaking up the sun, and of course, having barbecues in community parks. Located just a few minutes from Atwell, the Burnside Heights Recreation Reserve is the perfect place for all the family to get out and enjoy some summer sunshine, family time, and exciting outdoor activities!
