Following the continued growth and evolution of Attwell in 2019, this year is set to be another busy one for the development as we look forward to more titled lots, a brand-new display village and the commencement of construction on one of Attwell’s sprawling neighbourhood parks in February. In January, titles were successfully delivered for over 200 lots in Stages 1 – 4A at Attwell.

Title update
Dear purchaser, The team at ID_Land has been working extensively with the civil contractor and service authorities to obtain the final compliance approvals for Stages 1-3 at Attwell, in eagerness for titles to be delivered as soon as possible. Electrical audits are the final approval in Stages 1 – 3, meaning that titles will now be issued in January 2020 and settlements for both stages will follow shortly after.
