2021 in Review
Heading into the Christmas break is a great time to take a look back on the year, and all we’ve achieved at Attwell in 2021. Since the beginning of the year we’ve hosted a moonlight cinema event, launched the display village, and progressed construction throughout our community!
In April, Attwell hosted its first ever moonlight cinema! The event was held in the community park, where we gathered under the stars to watch ‘Smallfoot’ on the big screen. The children were lucky enough to be visited by the Easter bunny! Drinks, popcorn, and fairy floss were enjoyed by all on the night.
In April we welcomed over 600 guests to our brand new display village! Visitors, locals and new residents came together to check out the display home designs, new area, new neighbours and get a feel for what life in Attwell is all about.
Activities on the day were hosted by Carlisle Homes, Ei8ht Homes, Metricon and Simonds Homes, and included an animal farm and jumping castle. Visitors also loved the complimentary coffee carts and food trucks.
Despite another year faced with pandemic-related challenges, we’re proud to share that Attwell’s construction has progressed along well. Purchasers in Stage 6B have begun receiving titles, Stage 7 is nearing completion with Stage 8 tracking closely behind, construction has commenced in Stage 9 and Stage 10 is already selling, with residents choosing their dream homes to build.
Though it’s important to reflect on the year that was, it’s exciting to now look to the future. See you all in 2022!
