Coming Soon Near Attwell: Cobblebank Community Services Hub
We are excited to share that a new community facility will soon commence construction, only 20 minutes from Attwell. The Cobblebank Community Services Hub will provide a range of services to meet the needs of our growing community and the wider region.
The Hub will offer a range of essential services, ranging from mental health support, disability services, refugee and family assistance, and culturally specific programs for diverse groups.
Situated in the heart of the Cobblebank Metropolitan Activity Centre, the Hub will benefit from its proximity to the new Cobblebank Train Station, Cobblebank Stadium, the upcoming Melton Hospital, and a growing retail and entertainment area just a short distance from Attwell.
Melton City Council is currently working with interested tenants to ensure the space is designed to meet their needs, and construction is set to begin in 2025. The new facility is expected to open its doors in 2026. In the meantime, stay tuned for more updates on this exciting new addition to the community!
