Sales & Construction Update
It has been busy at Attwell over the past month and the team is excited to share the latest progress.
In Stage 12, works have continued smoothly, with footpaths, topsoiling of nature strips, and grading of lots now completed. In the coming month, the final layer of asphalt will be laid, and road line marking will be completed.
Construction of the Local Park is now completed and will open to Attwell residents following Stage 12 Practical Completion. Keep an eye out for further updates on this new addition to the Attwell community!
Over in the Waterways, topsoiling is now underway and once completed, landscaping is scheduled to begin!
