With the arrival of winter, progress at Attwell has continued with exciting milestones that the team are thrilled to share.
Stage 12 footpaths are set to be completed in the coming days, with only a handful remaining. Topsoiling of lots and nature strips will be commencing this month, with the grading of lots to follow shortly after.
Excitingly, the Stage 12 Local Park has now been completed. This newest addition to Attwell will open to the community once Statement of Compliance (SOC) is achieved, so keep an eye out for an update on that!
Over in the Waterway, rock beaching is well underway, and the project team is preparing to commence topsoiling imminently.
