In Stage 12, kerb and channel works are now complete. The electrical trenching was also finished this month. Over the next month, electrical reticulation, and the laying of NBN services are expected to be completed.
In the Waterways, bulk earthworks are now 95% complete as the area takes shape. Once bulk earthworks conclude, top soiling and rock beaching will commence.
