December has been a busy month for Attwell, with major milestones across multiple Stages as we race towards the end of 2023.
We are thrilled to announce that Settlements occurred this month in Stage 11! Residents will soon commence their dream home builds, and the Attwell team is excited to be one step closer to welcoming more future residents into the community.
In Stage 12 there has been impressive progress as water reticulation, road boxing and sub-grade preparation has been completed. The placement of capping layer was completed recently, and the installations of conduits is now underway.
In the Wetlands, bulk earthworks are well underway and will continue into the new year.
