SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
It has been another busy month for the Attwell team, with works across the Stages under construction progressing well.
In Stage 11, road crossing works have been completed. The first layer of crushed rock for the future roads were laid across the Stage, and will continue being formed over the coming weeks.
In Stage 12, drainage works are progressing well. This Stage, the final at Attwell, has proven to be a popular choice among buyers due to its proximity to the future wetlands, walkways, and parks surrounding it!
Last month, you may have noticed that construction of the Attwell Dog Park was completed!
The park consists of a fully fenced-off grass area with two park benches, 13 dog obstacles, and a shared path that spans over 400m! The park is now officially open for all to enjoy.
From the Sales Office, Attwell continues to be some of the most sought-after land in Deanside. Stage 11 has only a few lots remaining and there is a handful of titled lots available in other Stages for those looking to build immediately.
