SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Progress at Attwell has been tracking smoothly since last month, with the team continuing to work hard across the Stages under construction.
In Stage 11, water mains are now complete, the first layer of crushed rock was laid, and conduit works commenced, while in Stage 12, drainage works commenced.
In some exciting news, the Attwell Dog Park located alongside Stage 4A is progressing well, with hydroseeding works complete and the grass now establishing well. We’re also pleased to share that all remaining park furniture will be installed in the coming weeks. We anticipate the dog park to be open for our four-legged residents to enjoy from early-June.
From the Sales Office, the premium lots fronting the wetlands and reserves in Stages 11 and 12 remain popular, and only a handful of titled lots remain in Stage 10.
