SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Construction has flown over the last month for the Attwell team, with some exciting milestones on the horizon.
In Stage 11, drainage works were recently completed, and the water main works commenced. The culvert works that adjoin Stages 9 and 11 are now underway, and wetland bulk earthworks continue to progress.
In Stage 12, sewer install was recently completed, and drainage works are about to commence. In the coming months, park and easement landscaping works will commence.
We’re happy to announce that the dog park located alongside Stage 4B is nearing completion! Park furniture items and turf will be installed in the coming weeks, with the area on track to be enjoyed by your furry friends by early June.
From the Sales Office, limited lots remain in Stages 11 and 12, including waterfront and reserve fronting lots. Limited titled stock remains in Stage 10 for those who are looking to build immediately.
