SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
February shaped up to be another busy month for the Attwell team, with works across the Stages under construction progressing well.
In Stage 11, drainage installation is now over halfway complete, while the neighbouring wetland excavation works are over 80 per cent complete.
In Stage 12, bulk earthworks are progressing smoothly, and installation of the sewer continues, with those works now over a third of the way complete.
Current and future residents at Attwell can start looking forward to having access to their very own dog park in the coming months, as great progress has been made on it recently. Over February, fencing and park furniture was installed, and paving works commenced.
From the Sales Office, Attwell’s final release, ‘The Tallowwood Release’, is selling fast, with sell-out anticipated to be within months and for those looking to build sooner, there is only a small selection of titled stock available!
