SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
The Attwell team is proud to present to you the first construction update of 2023! We hope that you had an enjoyable and relaxing festive period.
We’re thrilled to announce that Stage 10 residents settled in early January, with several Stage 10 homes already in the early stages of the construction process. We are excited to welcome the next stage of residents to the Attwell community!
Stage 11 saw drainage works commence in January, with the civil team making their first steps in trench works and pipe installation.
Moving over to the wetland, construction continues, with excavation just over the half-way mark. The Western culvert that will connect Stages 11 and 12 over the wetland and to the rest of the estate is now over 90 per cent complete. Once complete, construction of the Eastern wetland culvert will commence.
Stage 12 saw substantial site preparation works over the month of January, with bulk earthworks now commenced. The next step for Stage 12 will be installation of sewer.
