SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Construction works powered along throughout December to wrap up an action-packed year for the team on the ground at Attwell.
We’re pleased to share that in Stage 10, construction is now complete and Practical Completion is imminent. Statements of Compliance are anticipated in late December, with settlements to follow in January 2023. We can’t wait to kickstart the new year by welcoming Attwell’s newest residents and see their dream home builds begin!
In Stage 11, site preparation for drainage installation is currently underway, with drainage and service installation expected to commence imminently.
From the Attwell Sales Office, we’re excited to share that the final sales release, ‘The Tallowwood Release’ is selling fast, with only limited lots remaining until Attwell is officially sold out.
