SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Despite the heavy rain slowing construction over the last few weeks, November marked another busy month for Attwell as works continued to progress across the stages.
In Stage 10, we are pleased to share that topsoiling is nearing completion, and asphalting works have commenced. Practical Completion is expected to be reached prior to Christmas, with settlements to follow in early January. This marks an exciting milestone for the team on the ground and the future residents of Stage 10!
In Stage 11, sewer works are now complete, and the team is set to commence drainage and water service installation shortly.
In exciting news, our final release, ‘The Tallowwood Release’, is now selling! With limited lots available for purchase, be sure to visit the Sales Office soon!
We anticipate Attwell to be fully sold out by early next year, so if you have been considering securing your slice of life at Attwell, now is the time!
