SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Despite challenging weather conditions during the month of October, construction on the ground at Attwell continued steadily towards completion across the stages.
In Stage 9, we are thrilled to announce that Statement of Compliance (SOC) has been achieved, Titles have now been registered, and settlements have now commenced!
Moving to Stage 10, construction continues to advance, with sewer installation recently completed, footpath works nearing completion and topsoiling well underway. We anticipate reaching Practical Completion in December 2022, with Statement of Compliance to follow in January 2023.
We’re pleased to share that in Stage 11, sewer installation is nearing completion following bulk earthworks, preparing the site for upcoming drainage and water service installations.
At the sales office, we currently have limited lots available across Stages 11 and 12 including a handful of premium waterfront lots!
