SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
September marked another busy month for the team on the ground at Attwell, with works powering along towards completion across the stages currently under construction.
In Stage 9, all construction works are now complete, and practical completion has been achieved. Statement of Compliance (SOC) is anticipated for early October 2022, with titles to follow a week later. Pending Title Registration, Settlements will then occur in late October. We look forward to welcoming Attwell’s newest residents and seeing their builds commence soon!
In Stage 10, sewer installation works are currently underway. Electrical trenching, conduit installation and NBN installation were recently completed, while footpath works are nearing completion.
We are excited to advise that over the past month, Stage 11 has commenced construction! Bulk earthworks are now complete and sewer works are progressing smoothly.
We only have five lots remaining in Stage 11 and we will have a new release this Saturday, the 8th of October. If you’ve been considering securing your slice of life at Attwell, now is the time.
