SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
It’s been full steam ahead at Attwell this month, with the team on the ground working tirelessly to ensure works progress across the stages.
In Stage 9, we are pleased to share that footpaths and driveways have been constructed, with the topsoiling works for lots and nature strips nearing completion. The electrical assets for Stage 9 have been tapped, bringing these lots one step closer to practical completion.
In Stage 10, road construction is progressing smoothly, with works recently passing the halfway mark. The installation of the services conduits, alongside kerb and channel works, are now completed, with electrical trenching and conduit installation currently underway.
Moving along to the Attwell dog park, we’re happy to share that construction works are powering along! Footpath installation is currently underway, and landscaping will commence shortly after. We are looking forward to welcoming your furry friends to this space in the coming months!
On the sales front, Stages 9 and 10 are currently sold out, however we have a handful of lots remaining in Stages 11 and 12!
