SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
It’s all happening this month at Attwell! Works are powering along, with new milestones reached across several Stages that we are excited to share with you.
Firstly, we’re happy to announce that settlements for Stage 7 occurred earlier this month! We can’t wait to see these lots take shape as future residents get started on their builds.
In Stage 8, construction is officially complete, with practical completion achieved! Statements of Compliance are expected in the coming days, with settlements set to occur by the end of the month.
Moving to Stage 9, watermains and gas reticulation have been installed, and roadworks have commenced. The subgrade excavation of the roads is now complete, and we’re currently underway with concrete pours for the roads. Sewer works and installation of conduits are complete, with the construction of kerb and channel to commence in the coming weeks. We expect to achieve practical completion for Stage 9 by late July.
On the sales front, we have lots available in Stages 10, 11 11A and 11B. These are moving quickly, so if you’re interested in life at Attwell, now is the time!
