As we race towards the middle of the year, Attwell is buzzing with construction and development, and we’re excited to share the latest updates with you!
In Stage 4B, final compliance checks have been completed, the Statement of Compliance has been received and Titles issued. Settlements for those in Stage 4b will commence soon. We’re looking forward to our buyers beginning their build and getting started at their new life in our budding community!
In Stage 6B, the kerb and channel are being laid, while in Stage 7 civil construction works will soon commence.
Attwell has limited lots remaining in Stages 4B and 6B, as well as in the new Stage 7 which has only released recently. With beautiful parklands, nearby nature reserves, and proximity to local cafes and shopping centres, Plumpton really does have it all!
