In Stages 1 and 2, topsoiling is complete and the allotment grading is currently underway, as is the laying of the wearing course of asphalt. Titles in both stages are due in October.
In Stage 3, where titles are due in November, the NBN installation is complete, and the footpath and driveway concreting has begun.
