Attwell Sales & Construction Update
Construction at Attwell has been roaring ahead over the past month, making way for more purchasers as our community grows with 153 sales to date. Being the first community in the Kororoit precinct structure plan to commence construction, Attwell is leading the charge.
Major earth works are nearing completion for Stages 1, 2 and 3 with sewer and drainage works to commence on all stages in the coming weeks.
