Attwell Sales & Construction Update
Totalling 140 sales to date, our team at Attwell has been busy at work and we are proud to announce Stage 1 and Stage 2 are officially sold out!
Plumpton continues to draw in savvy purcahsers who are seeking the proximity to long-established suburbs but still desire a close connection to nature. Attwell’s prime position, a mere five minutes from Caroline Springs, means our future residents will enjoy the perfect blend of urban connectivity and open spaces.
We are excited to share that planning permits have been received and construction will commence next month, beginning with bulk excavation and earthworks in Stage 1 – we can’t wait to see the setting for our future community start to come together.
