Attwell Welcomes 100th Purchaser!
It’s official, Attwell has welcomed its 100th purchasers to the community!
With continued sales success since launching last year, Attwell has recently welcomed Arnold and partner Tiffany to the Attwell community.
As existing locals of the vibrant area, Arnold and Tiffany researched several masterplanned communities before choosing to call Attwell home.
As first-home buyers, being close to parks, future schools, a convenience centre and the estate’s location were a major drawcard, with the couple’s purchased lot within walking distance of the prized amenity.
“Living close to both of our parents was still important for both of us, as our families live in neighbouring suburbs. Attwell’s location and amenity attracted us to the estate because it’s here we hope to build a solid foundation,” Arnold said.
Connecting with other members of the growing Attwell community was important to the couple, who are both looking forward to meeting other purchasers and future residents.
Tiffany and Arnold are fans of sports, walking the dog and spending time with the family, so Attwell will make the perfect future home. Arnold and Tiffany found the Attwell sales team caring and helpful during such an important milestone and we can’t wait to welcome the couple!
